Quotations for transfer
We will quote for any distance of land travel, be it in the United Kingdom or further afield in Europe. Quotations are given free of charge and can requested either verbally or by mail (electronic or normal). All quotes given are based on current prices and information supplied and are valid for 14 days from date of said quote. After this time period we reserve the right to review the price quoted if outside factors (government duties, vat etc. ) change. Prices may change if the details of your transfer are altered by you the client. We will attempt to keep any changes in price as small as possible.
Quotes given will, when advised include the additional fees such as road or bridge tolls, parking and the London or other cities congestion charge, but will not include entry costs to attractions etc. These are payable separately by the client
Quotes for larger parties of 9 passengers or more will be given to one safe point of pick up / drop off. We strongly suggest this is used for your safety and prompt departure for your destination.
In-house services
A booking made by communicating with us via telephone, e-mail or other forms of contact, once confirmed by us, becomes a legal binding contract between all parties and be subject to the following terms and conditions
We will require a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking. Once this deposit has been received, we will confirm the booking either by e-mail or by normal mail. We will issue an invoice showing; your full transfer price,
your deposit paid
the resulting balance
and the date final payment is due
Payment can be made by cheque /cheque deposit prior to travel or by cash. Full payment is required at the end of your outbound leg of transfer. We are unable to accept card payments due to service providers high charges which would normally be passed onto you the client. In certain cases we may accept Bank giro credits or bacs transfers (we welcome account customers using this method of payment)..
Out sourced services
To accommodate larger parties we may have to out source the services/vehicles. These services are subject to separate terms and conditions.
Change of details
Any changes to the initial booking must be advised in writing. Changes may include number of passengers. The addition of passenger numbers may alter the size of vehicle required to accommodate additional luggage etc. Any change in size of vehicle will affect the transfer price.
Aircraft or any other mode of transfer timings/numbers must be advised
Travel timings
When we confirm your booking will advise the pick up times for the outward transfer from the address(es) given. We use a proven routing system to time our delivery to your destination, allowing for a comfort stop en-route. All travel times are subject to outside factors (traffic volume, weather conditions etc.)and we will not be held liable for failure to arrive at your destination in a timely manner.
However if you wish to dictate your pick up times we will accommodate this request but cannot guarantee to arrive at the destination in time for your onward travel requirements.
On our arrival at your address, please deposit your luggage at the rear of the vehicle The driver will load your luggage for you. Pleas do not attempt to load your luggage into the vehicle. At the destination, your luggage will be unloaded, again, at the rear of the vehicle for your collection. We are there to help you enjoy your vacation.
Comfort stops are factored into the travel times. This allows time to use the facilities at the rest stop and have any nutritional intake. (except for water, no food or drink is permitted to be consumed inside the vehicle).
On arrival at your destination, at all times please keep to the paved areas for your safety and keep a watchful eye on small children in your care. We accept no liability for loss or injury howsoever caused
Collection on your return
On your return, to the airport etc. we endeavour to track your mode of transport as best we can, dependent upon information given by your airline etc.
At the busier airports we allow 45 minutes from the actual time of aircraft touchdown for passengers to enter the arrivals hall ready for collection. If you arrive into this area prior to this time, we will have given you an airport contact number. please call this number to request your driver to collect you from the designated area (normally airport information). At all times please keep to the paved areas for your safety and keep a watchful eye on small children in your care. We accept no liability for loss or injury howsoever caused
Where your aircraft/cruise etc. has been diverted, your carrier will normally effect transfer to your original port of UK entry. If we are kept advised of these changes by you, the client, we will endeavour to reschedule the collection at the revised times. Due to outside factors or other pre-booked services we will reach you at the earliest opportunity. Please do not book alternative transport before contacting us as we will not pay for unauthorized transfers
Cancellation of services
Account clients have a separate terms and conditions as advised
Cancellation by client
Any cancellation by the client of any confirmed booking must be advised in writing (e-mail or normal mail).Telephone cancellations must be reconfirmed by the aforementioned means
The rate of cancellation charges(see also out sourced charges below) are;
within 24 hours of travel - 100% of total travel price.
Within 07 days of travel - 75% of total travel price.
Within 14 days of travel - 45% of total travel price.
From confirmation and 14 days - Deposit only
Where we out-source services to fulfill your requirements, we use the suppliers terms & conditions of service. When these are supplied we will advise you, the client, of such usage and will keep you informed of their own cancellation charges.
Cancellation by us
In the unfortunate circumstances beyond our control where we have to cancel your transfer we guarantee to refund your deposit in full and attempt to find alternative, similar, means of transfer.
Fouling of the interior
We reserve the right to charge the client a fouling charge in the event of any fouling or damage to the interior/exterior of the vehicle. The amount will depend upon the severity of the damage and may include repair or replacement cost
